When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send precise trip or location details unless they are necessary to explain the issue.

Destio uses your device location to search for destinations, calculate routes, provide active navigation, reroute, and show relevant places along your route.

Precise location is used for app functionality.
Saved places, favorites, and recent destinations are stored locally on your device.
Destio does not require an account and does not use location data for advertising.
Routing and navigation requests are processed by Mapbox. Destination search is processed using Apple MapKit services.
Location may continue while active navigation is in progress, including when the screen is locked, and iOS displays its location indicator.

You can change location permission in iOS Settings and remove locally saved places from within the app or by deleting the app.
